Definition of Target types on Spell

so after to investigation i found the way Target_type is determined for examine and hover, we will need to make sure spells are update correctly to support the following format
and the Editors need a revision to correctly reflect what the target type for a spell should be

0=Self
1=Target (if friendly spell this will say Friend if not it will say Enemy) on spell
2=Group(AE)
3=Caster's Pet
4=Target's Pet
5=Target's Corpse
6=Group Members Corpse
7= none
8=Raid(AE)
9=Other Group (AE) i believe this is so it can be cast on a group outside your group

anything with Target above is modified by the following options we already support
Friendly Spell checked = changes target to friend, such as Friends Pet, and Friends Corpse
Friendly Spell unchecked = changes target to enemy such as enemies Pet, and enemies Corpse
affect only group
and
group spell adds Group in front of Target, for example Group Friend ,Group Friends Pet, and Group Friends Corpse
can affect Raid = adds Raid or in front of Group Target, for example Raid or Group Friend ,Raid or Group Friends Pet, and Raid or Group Friends Corpse
#0,2,3,6,8,9 do not get modified with group and raid options
