Anyone know a way to change the duration of a spell to be variable by level? If not, what is the difference between duration1 and duration2?

It has been a while since I looked at spell code but I believe duration1 and duration2 is a min/max duration and the duration is random between those values.
As for making it variable by level you would need to add code to the spellprocess file to change duration for that.

Thanks for clearing that up. I figured that duration1 was minimum and duration2 maximum, but I was not positive.

Not that I know of. I am going to look at food consumption tomorrow, I cannot remember if that is implemented, but I need it to be. Overall, yeah I do want variable duration based on level but it is high hanging fruit.

Yes I believe it was it just requires an item script on the food/drink.
