The parameters are reversed here.

Should be reversed

just curious why are we just fixing the wiki on this, shouldnt the command conform to the way most of the commands are and put the target first?

i think we should be fixing the command, and maybe add a note the the wiki, for now, that it is backwards and will be fixed at a later date
