Moving a spawn

I never thought to even ask this, but can you move a mob's height with the mouse? I know you can move it around and spin it with the mouse wheel, but what about the height?

You can with the fly command on but its a pain in the ass

You can always /spawn set y and increase the value that way.

I know, or I just hand key it in. I was just seeing if there was a keyboard shortcut I did not know of.

When using /spawn move try holding ctrl and move the mouse wheel

That is how it is done with housing on live so we must not support it on the emu currently

i long while back when i was working with housing i never did get the movement thing working correclting, just the old style item placement
one of these days ill be looking itno it again
