after reasearching a bit.. these above two flags are for NO-TRANSMUTE and NO-SALVAGE

these appear to be enabled on every and only items in the db marked no-transmute/no-salvage

it will require a DB change and code change everywhere they are used, i had noted this long ago when i did the blue stat mappings for new clients but it was one of the things that never got updated i believe becuase there was a tempory issue with updateing the DB structure

i have not gotten no transmute to show on any of my test items yet for no transmute do you happen to remember what client i have tested Dov,coe, and aom so far

it showed on live bol, but in a different spot it seems

I would guess DoV and what ever was live at the time. Possibly Chaos Descending I believe. Was the expansion around your last post (.
Sun Oct 06, 2019 8:51 am). Possible Kunark Ascending as well. Anything else and I have no clue.
