we need to be able to see all spawns create for a zone in editor

when you select a zone then npcs, if spawn exists in spawn table we should be able to see that spawn in the db, right now, the spawn list only shows spawns that have a location
if we remove the last one then want to place it again later i dont see a way to get the id

You can do a /spawn list name in game to get a list of spawns and their id's that match the name given.

But yea we need a toggle to show spawns with a proper id but no location in the editor, as of now we just grab by location zone id to display the list.
