packet Collector For Linux

Any compilation for a linux system?
and is the packet collector safe to use? been reading on showeq how if you get caught its not looking pretty for your account status.

If there is a Linux packet collector then I have not heard of it.
As for it being safe. It is. All it does is collect the data that the server sends to the client vise versa.
