Items in Database

What work needs to be done on the items in the database?
im doing some summons and getting items, the bag works, but weapons are not equipting, or showing the right icons, or even stats etc, just shows
0 str, 0 str
over and over again on a right click examine, or double click, I am assuming alot of the stuff in the database is just place holders yeah?
