Zoning Issues

Post by nalandial » Wed Mar 05, 2008 9:22 pm

I posted this question in IRC but I thought I'd post it here too, in case someone has the same issue.
I set up my server (0.5 RC) fresh from all the HEAD revisions in SVN. It updated my database, I can make a character just fine; my server shows up on the list of available ones, and when I make a new character I see my server scrolling data and responding.
However when I go to zone, it hangs at "Connecting to zone server" for about 10 seconds and then boots me back to the login screen. I tried logging in to other EQ2Emu servers and was able to make a character and zone in just fine.
There are no trailing spaces in either LoginServer.ini or world_db.ini.
Any help someone could give would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
PS here's the versions of stuff I'm running, if you care:
Server: 0.5 RC
OS: Vista 32-bit; running world.exe in XP SP2 compatibility mode
MySQL: 5.0.45-community-nt
Client: 4412 (fresh RoK install)

Nevermind, thanks to Andrew who pointed out that the internalworldaddress setting in LoginServer.ini was incorrect.
