Hey I have my server running and everything seems to be working it shows on server list and even creates char but when I try to connect it sits at connection to zone server then kicks me to login again. Any ideas I thought it might be because I am using a router and I didn't know what ports i needed to forward to the ip of this computer.
Ok I figured out one problem I had I didn't have the server listening on the internal ip address now in the server window I get a message that keeps saying new client from ip:"Computer IP" port:1173
it says that twice then it says
removing client from ip:"Computer IP" port:1173
then just repeats itself a few times then it times out.

You need to forward port 9000 to your server.

yeah I figured that out now but I still can't connect I can connect to other servers and people can connect to mine I just can't. I wonder if it is because the internet on the computer I was trying to play the game on is ran through the computer the server is on

I have a server that I run on the same computer as my client. Make sure you have these two lines correct in LoginServer.ini.
worldaddress=<internet IP>
internalworldaddress=<computer IP>
Don't forget to remove the # in front of the internal line.
