where ican downlaod Database im searching in the site but notany??it s have svn?

You cant directly Download the db as far as I know, you have to install eq2emulator, and that will auto populate/update your database... or ask real nice and I can give you my non tampered with updated as of 0.6 db

ok im runing server how can creeat acc page for player looks world of warcraft page register page??

You can't. If you actually tried running a server and understanding the database structure, you would realize that 'accounts' are not in our database.
The public login server is the ONLY way to connect to EQ2Emulator. Accounts are created when you create a character via loginserver, and maintained there - not locally.
