• Zone: Minimum Status

I'd like to restrict certain zones by admin_status, especially during DB development. I am not sure if there is any other practical application to restrict zone access to players either min_status or max_status, or by levels? If so, this could be an addition to the `zones` table.

min_status and min_level variables implemented into 0.7
