Doesn't help anyone help you if we have no idea what server this is happening on. This character is not in my database, but it looks like my revive point.

i do not have hotgril any more but the server that i am on is TessEQ2 server. look at the videos that under the pic there is some bugs when you come back in the game when you die. you guys keep up the good work its looking good.

Aye, looks like the revive point is a little off.
Try /move 0 0 0.

I have fixed that particular revive point on TessEQ2. The problem was the toon's "center" was below the world when you respawned. Thus, soon as you moved, it let you fall.
I have raised the 'z' axis to be (hopefully) above ground. Go die again, and let me know.

Right. This is normal. The ressurection menu doesn't always popo up, you can still walk around while dead. The fix is logging in and out.

Snug, I have to ask. Are you aware this is not a 100% functioning emulator yet? That probably 90% of the ancillary features have not been coded, and that none of the data is actual? And that only some basic, high level functions are actually working at the moment?
I can appreciate you telling us when you find a bug, just as long as you understand - this project is nowhere near finished yet.
