If this has been posted already I apologize, I could not find it in a search. On TessEQ2 I was screweing around and died, damn qeynos guards hate my iksar, when I revived it was like all the spawns had been sent again with the originals not being cleared, there was 2 of every NPC. It is easy to spot on the mobs roaming around but you can notice it on the stationary NPC's.
This was also reported to me on my own server by a player who died to a mob he spawned.
Duplicate NPC's after death.

I think this is related to the spawn set bug. I can reproduce this when I use the /spawn set name command.

I have opened a seperate bug report for this issue. Bug #4 was resolved and determined to be a seperate issue but caused by the same command.
