New LUA Functions: IsBehind(), IsFlanking()

IsFlanking()
IsFlanking should work properly however the angles may need to be tweaked some, currently checks angle > 45 && angle < 315
IsBehind just exposes code we already had, however it may be possible to exploit and may need to be changed to the same code as IsFlanking() just with different angles
